Brenden took care of our gray mold build up on the house and garage without any trouble. He was very thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. He described what he was proposing, how long it would take and what he was using. Covered up plants that would be close to the spray. AND came back a second day to take care of a few spots that he noticed. Fair pricing. We will not hesitate to use him again.

When I found CNY Softwash &Pressure Washing I was impressed! Excellent communication, clear information on the web site and a delight to work with Brenden! Our home is really white now all around, especially the north side which had mold buildup. Throughout the house washing process Brenden clearly explained what he was using, what he was going to do and how long it would take. We will definitely use Brenden in the Spring for our window washing.

Brenden did an outstanding job cleaning our pool concrete patio, composite decking, and house siding. The price was very reasonable and he finished everything within a few hours. I would highly recommend him if you need anything pressure washed.
I have used CNY Softwash 2 times. Last year was to wash off years of dirt from the outside of my house. This year, I had my roof cleaned and removed the moss build-ups.
